If Satterfield uses his RBs and TEs well then our O should take a step forward. I think our DL will be strong but our DBs worry me badly. Best I can tell we are very thin at WR and DB. Just general thoughts from watching, reading, and talking to some people that know more than me. The team really likes this coaching staff. Hope it translates to wins. We will have multiple TE sets and TE playing in slot to cover our lack of wr depth. Lbs are the same old Sherod greenes of the world. Corner has a chance to be decent. Safety play will dictate secondary performance, and it's the same 3 dudes, Dickerson, foster, and Roderick. Harris had a minor procedure before camp and is ready to go but not cleared yet. Cam Smith has a minor foot issue that is expected to be cleared shortly. Really all I've seen. Luke day has the guys looking like they are in better shape as opposed to years past, but you never know til we get slapped around by E Illinois or Carolina.

TE, but yea he was tall, scrong, and looked smooth out there during the spring game (against a trash DB group, and prob back ups to trash DB group at that). Idk if he’s worth a shit as a blocker though. Haven’t heard shit about the Brown kid really. Not exited about our WR’s or Doty’s ability to drop back, make the right read, and throw an on time and accurate ball. The best we can hope from him is to avoid sacks and turnovers, and convert a 3rd down or two with his legs each drive (a la Shaw his first couple of years). We’ve got a beast as HB1, a speedy freshman impressing as HB2, and two back ups who have some burst and wiggle. Doty can, and better, be used as a runner as well. I hope we eat up clock like it’s Sierra Skye’s ass this year. That’s our only chance of keeping the other teams from scoring too much to claim a moral dub.

Apparently the report that said Prunty (the db we just lost) was out with the starters the day before we quit was mistaken and it was actually Darius Rush out there with the starters. It’s now being reported the Prunty kid hasn’t been to practice in a while, so yea Rush may get some snaps. Idk how good of a db he is and he never did anything at wr, but whenever I see him out there he looks fast and athletic af.
