Would prefer a remaster. It would be a CyperPunk x10,000,000,000 meltdown if they made a 4 that bombed
I think this may be why they've had Netflix working on Witcher universe projects that don't include Geralt. Get the fans more invested into the whole world of the Witcher rather than just one character.
I would like to see one set at the height of the Witcher schools. Or set soon after the conjunction of the spheres.
Id like this the most, but I think witchers came a few hundred years after Conjunction of the spheres. I’d love a little lore bending and have them be around much sooner to work with the setting.
I'm mildly tempted to buy this for PC or Xbox due to my enjoyment of the tv show. Really liked s2. S1 was a mess imo. Is the show doing a good job for people who played the game?
I think the show is trying to take stuff from the books and the game. i have only played the game and i love the show. But the game is a masterpiece no matter if you like the show or not.
One of the best games ever. Some people think it starts slow, can be a bit overwhelming as the map is huge.
CDPR has Saber Interactive doing a next gen patch, due out Q2. Not sure what it entails or if it’s just graphical enhancements. So far, they’ve confirmed ray tracing, faster loads, fancier textures, and are taking advantage of newer controller features. Also going to be free for people that own it on PS4 or XBO.
I was *this close* to downloading the current version on PS5 the other night for a play through(switched from Xbox to PS for this gen)...I suppose I'll wait because I am super excited for this.
Not a big replayer of games but redid the mass effect series and loved it, will probably give this whirl
I've replayed the shit out of this game, and would've done another if I wasn't waiting for the next gen version.
My all time favorite game by far. I even have a tattoo of Ciri and Kaer Mohren as they appear in the game. Can’t wait for this shit.
its not finished yet, I have to back to Maine this summer to fill in the gaps and finish the shading but here
It's definitely up there as one of my all time favorites. I've played through it an embarrassing amount of times.
I don't know what ending of Blood and Wine y'all got, but the one where Geralt looks at the camera at the very end made me feel feelings. This is just making fun of that.
theres an unnamed “3rd party studio” working on a standalone Witcher RPG as well my prediction is one game where we play as Ciri and the trilogy is going to be create character
the third party studio is comprised of some CDPR vets who worked on the past Witcher games too so it could be promising
