I’m fine with 30 fps is the game is good. If the game isn’t good I don’t care if it’s a billion frames per second
People in my party were playing it last night, and they didn't seem too impressed. I'd be shocked if they are playing it a week from now, and I doubt they play it again.
Im enjoying the setting/world of red fall and the ambiance is on point. Everything else is mediocre and the performance is god awful. Should’ve delayed until fall so we could combine spooky vibes.
Already had it downloaded before I saw reviews were leaking, so I'll probably still test it out. I was very vocal about my feelings about Deathloop on here. I didn't think it was bad, more just absolutely nothing special about it with possibly the worst AI I had ever seen. The reviews I've watched so far make the AI from Deathloop look impressive compared to this, though. Am I remembering correctly that they lost a decent bit of their key talent after the prey DLC? If so, the magic might be gone from that studio. Sucks, because I'm finally playing Prey for the first time and it is so damn good with great verticality in the environment, interesting weapons and traversal, and actual decent combat (not perfect).
One question I haven't really seen addressed is if this game holds your hand as much as Deathloop did. One of my least favorite aspects of that game was how there wasn't a sense of accomplishment, since they tell you absolutely everything you need to do
High on life is a ton of fun. I can see it being annoying for long sessions, but it's perfect for quick games
Looking to let my nephews borrow my Xbox for the summer. Will take it back once Starfield comes out. I don’t think I have turned it on in like 7 months. I’m looking to factory reset it and let my oldest nephew create his own Microsoft account to use with it. Anyone know of any possible issues of doing that? Or subsequently resetting it again when I take it back to then log back in with mine?
I don't think a factory reset is necessary. Unless I'm mistaken you can just password lock your profile and he can create his own on the device. Without your access he won't be able to play your games, save files, etc
Downloaded Diablo 4. SUPER pumped for it. I went Necro in the beta but I've been playing with Gin Buckets and his crew has bullied me out of that character. Sorcerer or Barb? Thoughts or feelings either way?
I figured it out. You have to download from the regular edition and not the deluxe but obviously have to purchase deluxe or ultimate. Weird
Level 38 Sorcerer focused on Ice has been fun. Almost done with Act 2 and really starting to focus on the main quest line to try and finish it out.
It's very fun, wish it had more difficulty (or let you play tier 3 or 4 right away). I feel like I can walk around button mashing and it doesn't even matter (yes im OP and a pro gamer)
Have you tried any strongholds yet? Those are the only situations where I've gotten rocked pretty consistently until a true plan was formulated.
I’ve gotten rocked by a couple of boss fights that I didn’t go in equipped well enough for, but after going to town and upgrading stuff have been able to finish them.
I honestly have no idea lol. I had to google what that was cause i pretty much don't pay attention to anything happening since we (pro gamers) just roll around stomping out everything. It appears there are a lot of strongholds and I've gone thru a ton of the map, I would guess yes, but also maybe not? I know, good answer, you're welcome. update: no we haven’t done one yet so I will try and report back soon sir
Yeah I guess I should add I am playing almost always with 1 or 2 friends. I could definitely see a boss fight being much harder alone.

Finished the campaign last night. Level 50. Switching to world 3 now after I see some sunlight. P.s. Strongholds are still damn challenging.
Can confirm that is Mortal Kombat. I know because it's the same fucking game it has been for 30 years.
Definitely great-looking games with potential. Starfield, Forza, Towerborne, Fable, Clockwork Revolution, Star Wars open-world game, and Avowed. Feeling positive. If they can hit on 4 from that list, that would be great. If Starfield is a shitshow, I might lose all faith though
I was about ready to pull the trigger on getting an Xbox until I saw that. I don't really want to spend the amount it would take to build a PC currently.
