Chipotle is they. They are selling “life style bowls” based on those diets. Whole 30 is a diet like Paleo, double protein and obviously Keto.
So how is this different from something like I ordered? Do you just order and tell them, "I'll have a keto bowl"?

What do you guys do when you want/need to get drunk? I don't like wine. Beer obviously won't be an option. As far as mixed drinks go, am I pigeon holed to Vodka, soda water only?
At home I'm all about Jameson & diet ginger ale. Problem is that when I'm out at bars for the night they either 1) don't have diet, just regular ginger ale, or 2) if they say they did but I ended up with just regular ginger ale at some point I would be pissed if I got kicked out of ketosis not knowing it. Ideally looking for a mixed drink that I can always tell what I'm getting while also being keto friendly.
Yeah I am strictly bourbon on the rocks or Tito's rocks when I'm out at bars because I don't trust any bartender to put the right mixer in. It's still astonishing to me how fast you get drunk when you're in ketosis.
Not sure how you guys feel about Brussels sprouts but you need to try the shredded sprouts that Trader Joe’s sells. They come pre shredded and bagged in the salad area. I sautéed that in butter with sliced up chicken thigh seasoned with hickory smoke salt (no sugar) and topped it with some mozzarella. Soooo good
I didn’t know I liked them until I got on this sand now I love them. My daughters were getting second of Brusels sprouts and cauliflower the other day. My serial killer in the making loves spinach too. They love that we are cooking more often and eating together more. I love that they are eating a ton of vegetables and drinking zero soda.
Brussels sprouts #hack -halve them and put them in bowl -melt 3 tbsp butter and add to bowl of sprouts -add 1/2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and chili pepper. toss everything in bowl -place on baking sheet w/parchment paper and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes -broil for 3 minutes to chat the outside -enjoy the most delicious sprouts in the world. Was worried about last nights transgressions so did a test and the ketone levels were between 4 and 6 so I don’t have to murder Mr Frito Lay. Did those wings tonight. I’ve never done the butter/Franks combo before, usually just toss in franks. Between that butter and the blue cheese ranch I was scooping up with each wing it was a fat overload. I may never move again.
This is my go to for wings. Can sauce them or not 1 tablespoon cayenne 2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

A lot of the wing sauces at the grocery store are keto friendly. Just find one with no carbs and go with it unless you just want to make one from scratch.
Just experienced a keto buzz. Had three whiskeys with club and ended up buzzing way harder than usual. Gotta pump the brakes.
On day 6 for me. Haven't noticed anything different...which is fine, I know everyone reacts differently. Looking forward to getting my keto test meter so I can actually track them to see where I'm at. Won't be here until mid-late this next week.
