i simply think theres no reason to jump to conclusions until someone who is actually involved says something conrete.
appreciate you sharing what you’re being told. Didn’t same friend tell you Alinity was being banned as well?
Guessing they banned him for the conspiracy theory propaganda he was spouting on his channel. But given the level of both subjectivity in their previous terms and conditions, as well as the contract in place, they immediately knew there would be a lawsuit. This whole thing getting caught up in lawsuits seems to be the only logical explanation for both sides acting the way they have. Or at least that’s my theory.
There's absolutely no way you can convince me that it was something like this purely because it'd be just as criminal of his PR team to allow him to stage a full on comeback like he's undertaking.
if they think the evidence is soft enough they can settle it outside a court room with broad NDA's it'd just mean Doc really made it and is a true celebrity
quick googlin' scrounged this up but dont know who either is https://www.tubefilter.com/2018/12/17/caa-stonemountain64-nick-eh-30-fortnite/
Imagine stanning so hard for someone that you actively defend them in the face of allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.
Innocent until proven guilty is for the courts, not the public. Epstein didn't have to be found guilt in a court for me to know he was a kiddie diddler.
yes, theres been nothing concrete at this point. just random people telling us what someone else has heard.
One had people putting their name on record accusing him and the other has alt-right troll streamers posting it on twitter.
Epstein was convicted in 08 before most here knew who he was This is a dumb comparison for many reasons but that one most notably
No, just saying someone doesn't have to be found guilty in a court before the public is allowed to think they are guilty. Epstein was a bad example but the point stands.
I understood your point. The example might have been bad but I understood what you were trying to say. My only issue is that if there was credible evidence of him being a pedo he would have been at least picked up by now and people would have heard that. I doubt he’d been accepted at a different platform with credible child abuse allegations hanging over his head.
I don’t get the idea that people who are practicing the wait and see approach are catching shit because they aren’t jerking off to the idea of this situation being the worst possible outcome. It seems like people are hoping he’s a child molester so that it can satisfy some news cycle fetish of theirs
He did. He's just not considered a "partner" that would have special privileges or under contract with the new place
Another company is partnering with him so allegations may not be that bad/contract dispute? That’s what I took from it
