Watched KSATLIVE coverage and a reporter outside the civic center (where the children were being held and picked up by family) said she saw parents come up, then walk away without their children. Made me think of my 8 month old growing up just to be struck down because of shitty people and ideology. Idk how that is bearable.
I'm just now seeing this - is it confirmed that he killed a family member and then just did this afterwards for the hell of it basically? Edit: I meant that I didn't know if he was fleeing another murder and ran into the school or if he did that murder and then deliberately headed to the school to carry out the mass murder. Didn't know if he was being chased by police or what - haven't been able to read about it much yet.
Well obviously not definitively - meaning that he was fleeing a previous murder. Someone posted that he wrecked near the school.

I feel, and I’m sure for any of non-gun nuts it’s probably the same, like a boxer who is just getting pummeled. For some reason he thought this was a fair fight but we found out it’s not and as I sit here taking shot after shot I’d like a ref to come in and call the match. ‘Enough, I’ve seen enough. Way too many kids and people have died’ as he waves his arms and calls off the fight. But there is no ref. We decided this match was rigged a long time ago and now it’s just a perpetual mental punch for one side and the others don’t get punched because they just got fucking shot.
