Accepted an offer. He pays Then says his wife won't let him keep the card and asks for a refund. I tell him okay and to request a refund. He says he can't it says to contact the seller, which isn't true. He says it's fine just send the cards. I'm sure this is going to go well
Can't tell if I'm getting scammed or not. Bought a Cade card for $90 on ebay from China. It was shipped and has a shipping number but the only entry so far in shipping was "arrived at local facility". Two months later no shipping updates. Messaged seller and every time it's "I shipped it, I'll check with shipping company" never get a follow up and next message is always the same. He has enough sales that I don't think it's a fraud ebay account but I'm starting to get suspicious. How long should I give a package from China before I get ebay involved?
It is. He's cheap and legit. I ordered a Stadium Club Chrome last two weeks ago and got it in like 3 days.
Watched a few Prizm FOTL box openings. Best card I've seen pulled is a Justin Fields /75. All autos were poop, including points. Points in a FOTL smdh.
I bought into 2 breaks and that will be it. So far I’ve seen hot dog shit pulled plus Im not a fan of the look this year.
You are the buyer so you have all the leverage. Just open a case that the item hasn't arrived yet and you'll be refunded with the quickness. I'm patient but two months and no updates? Nah. I'd rather just be refunded and be done with it. And if it does magically make it to you then you can reach out to the seller and make things right by paying them for it.
You guys see Select Draft is a thing this year? https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2022-panini-select-draft-picks-football-cards
I agree, that’s a card you can shop around, it’s only a few days into Prizm being ripped, let the hype build over the next two days. At least those ass clowns at Backyard Breaks didn’t pull it.
Also how would you go about doing a $100,000 transaction? I’m not just taking a check and I’m not about to send that card through the mail.
I can't blame them. If people are willing to spend the money go for it. My complaint is they are putting out more sets when they can't even get the current years out on time.
Agree 100%. Less is more in my opinion. Stick to 4-5 products per sport. 1 super expensive, 1 Expensive, 2 mid tier, and 1 cheap. Then within those you can add more parallels and colors and what not. Also with 1 of 1’s in my eyes there should only be ONE per set. Not 4-7.
Buyer flies to the seller and completes the transaction in-person at a bank via wire transfer. Trust me, I've done this many times. No, no I haven't. But you could imagine.
With cards at least it's all above board. In my bourbon secondary days I always wondered how people moved those 20k+ type bottles
Video in the post. Appears it was a kid that pulled it. I, too, remember the days of ripping insanely priced boxes when I was in junior high.
When I was a kid I didn't care what the set was, I actually liked the cheap sets because I liked having cards of the random guys at the end of the bench so I could have cards of every player on my favorite team
I'm trying to collect as many Cade cards as possible. Grabbed one blaster box of prizm draft picks to hope to get his base card on there and be done with it. Pulled this
Anybody have a list of teams in rank order for breaks? Hopped in a last minute draft and beyond the first 5-6 or so im just guessing
I opened a few blasters. Best card was a James wood paper /399 I think someone in this thread has been hitting on the hangar packs.
Best value is any fat pack with a security tag in the back. Then I'd go blasters, then mega. Blasters have had more color for me than Megas
I sold a case of these on Loupe and pulled a Tom Brady auto. Michigan jersey but still an on card Brady auto
