Seems like a harsh punishment that the CFL essentially banned him from their league by saying they wouldn’t register a contract with any other team. I wonder what he did.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...-wife-denies-half-marathon-cheating/39132093/ Cliffs: Bre is recorded having averaged a 14 minute per mile pace for the first 6 miles Does not have a recorded 11 mile split According to her / to actually finish at the time she did: finished the last 6.7 miles at 4 minutes per mile pace (the women's 1-mile world record is 4 minutes 12 seconds) Apparently people are skeptical
how fast is 4 minutes per mile in relation to 40 yard dash speed? ...believe there are 1760 yards in a mile
1760 (yards / mile) / 240 (seconds in 4 minutes) = 7.33 yards per second 40 yards / 7.33 = 5.45 seconds (as others pointed out)
Your math is correct - however, 44 times in a row is only for 1 mile She's claiming to have kept that pace up for 6.7 miles So, technically a 5.45 second 40 yd dash pace 294.8 times without stopping
Yeah, he asked what a 4 minute mile corresponded to. So I said running a 5.45 40 44 times in a row is a 4 minute mile.
The AAF is apparently interested in success: https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/02/28/aaf-offers-manziel-chance-to-work-out-for-teams/
Not really. Their target audience involves people who have been likely been dropped by another insurance company.
