Ha, I actually honestly didn’t know yours was from yesterday, I just assumed it was from a couple years ago since it was an old ride. Plus I was shocked since I can’t touch the outputs you normally hit (yet)
Yeah I was bored and wanted to do something before the live ride so I did that and a 15 minute low impact before the 30 minute live ride. BTW I’m joking about you being cheeky. I want HAM this week and have ridden 178 miles so far this week. Im watching MMA and boxing and having a few beers so I probably won’t ride tomorrow but surprisingly I feel okay. Stretching and my massage gun have been clutch this week.

I think a lot of the faves are on vacation, don't see them much on the live schedule. But they will still drop some pre-taped rides. Which, today, include Kendall's 15 minute climb and Emma's 20 minute rock ride. Perfect combo for a stack.

Update: They’ve added it and Daniel Ocean is still beating me by 40 miles. Crazy how much more endurance I have compared to a month ago, halfway through the month and I’m already meeting my typical monthly stats.
not going to lie this month has been hella fun. I am usually in a competition with someone who doesn’t know they are in one so doing this with you has been great. IDK if I can do this again next month because I haven’t been able to do much else other than ride and core work. So 500 seems a given at this point for both of us can’t imagine how (if nothing bad happens) we both won’t surpass that. What do you think we should reach for? I’m thinking 600 should also be fairly easy what do you think about 700 or should we go nuts and try for 800?
We’re already on pace for 700, gotta think of it as not ending weaker than you started. 800 I think is doable, but I may need to cut back on these 90min days once or twice the remainder of the month.
just did 2 hours again today. I feel like I’m getting stronger as the month goes on. It reminds me of my endurance training. rv12 is right I need to start doing longer rides but there are only so many 60 minute rides with instructors I like enough to do them. Hopefully I’ll drink tomorrow so I have an excuse to take Sunday off
Thought I was over this cold. Nope. Jumped on a 20 minute Emma ride. 7 minutes in and my throat is on fire. So just finished off as a zone 2 ride. Finally got my frame replacement in and nice to have a sturdy base again.
If you’re looking for a good endurance ride, take the Olivia 45min Climb. Actually the first time doing a real class with her and jfc she is not human.
I love doing climbs, but this one was just insane. Wilpers has a 45min climb that mimics a stage of the Tour de France which is pretty good as well. I’ve wanted to do the CDE series, but waiting to find time where I can knock it out in one day
