At this point, I think Indiana and OSU are more deserving of a bid than MSU which has fared the opposite recently and absolutely fallen on its ass down the stretch. All that's propping up the MSU resume are computer metrics juiced by beating up on bad teams and hanging closer than expected to a few good ones. Neither of which are meaningful to me. If I were the committee, I'd want the teams actually playing well down the stretch and playing hard vs. the one which continually pisses down its leg.
This was called a foul with 3 seconds left in the game and Nebraska up 1. He missed the shot but then tied it up at the FT line. Illinois won by 3 in OT. If they don’t whistle that a foul, Nebraska is the 2 seed and Illinois is the 3.
Wisconsin is 3-8 since February 1 of conference play against a garbage conference. MSU is 5-5 over the same period. Frankly both should be on the bubble imo.
As an Ohio State fan, basketball is great because there is no anxiety or outsized expectations. It’s fun when we win, but we’re still bitching about which five offensive tackles must visit this spring even if we make any type of basketball run.
As a Michigan state fan, I’ve been pretty pissed since COVID robbed us of a chance to see Cash Winston play his final games and that everything has been downhill since. Thankfully Mel Tugger is gone and there are apparently adults in that room, now we just have to see if Izzo is willing to adapt to the NIL env and accept transfers / recruit bigs that play for their Hs varsity team
Maybe just me then. I’m not sure I know anyone who is more invested in OSU basketball than they are football. Folks can be for both, sure.
We’re 5+ months till football, we’re not comparing sports Certainly not worried about RT or who the RB coach is gonna be in fucking March
The for most of the season the real money was in betting them to cover the spread the first half and their opponent to cover the second. #iykyk
A FT shooting contest now for PSU/ Indiana. This is just ridiculous. Fouls called every time down on shit that should be let go. Looks like a different sport than when you watch an SEC conference game
Howard out. Who knows who they hire but they’ll probably have about 13 roster spots to fill, which based on performance is probably a good thing
the number of moving screens i see a game that are not called is staggering. edey's bitch ass gets away with a dozen a game
This years version of Wisconsin is not nearly as hateable as prior years. Watching one of their games doesn’t make you want to stab your eyes out.
