Mandating 4 is dumb. The 4th team is pretty questionable from the SEC this year. Either Bama or USCe and they both were questionable. I'd say most years the 4th team is going to be questionable. If we mandate 4 teams, what happens when the 4th team is between 4 8-4 teams? That's just going to cause massive chaos and is overall dumb
we had a Georgia/Texas one schedule for 2028/2029 too the realignment and cfp moves has thrown a lot off
We were supposed to play Wake in one of the September dates, but they canceled the game after this year’s game. We had to add a game on short notice, and October 11 was when Washington State was available. So, that made the whole thing out of whack.
More kids do need to hear the message from guys they respect that nobody cares about what you did in high school or your NIL. Win the locker room, and win a game.
My kid wanted a Deuce Knight jersey for Christmas so I had to make one custom. This isn't making me feel all that great about that decision.
This is a wild story. Chette Williams was the one consistently at Auburn for the past 20+ years. https://www.al.com/news/2024/12/man...ar-lake-martin-restaurant.html?outputType=amp
That's pretty awful. Notorious Bagman under Tubbs per rival programs. Not a religious person, but he seemed like he did a lot of good for players and the community
That’s what it sounds like. I guess the shock of cold water could’ve made him inhale it, too. Freak accident, either way.
Could have gotten stuck under boat/dock. Falling in between is worst case scenario. Sounds like it was dark. Nightmare scenario.
I’d love to see an unfiltered NIL meeting between coaches and a player. Doubt we see that truly unfiltered though.
It will be fun because we'll get to see more than what we normally get, but there wont be anything crazy or all that transparent.
Coaches are pretty cryptic and not directly involved in the negotiations, especially after Napier got sued.
