I'd 100% be fired if something like this happened and it involved my coworkers especially our new hires. Yes, that guy needs to lose his job
why do I have the sneaking suspicion people mocking his name either have stupid names themselves or have kids with stupid names.
I mean you could have chosen any name you wanted and you chose Sir Phobos so idk what you’re talking about you fucking dork
Just heard this on a pod about why Cleveland took both QBs. The Browns flew out to visit with Dillon Gabriel ahead of the draft and decided they were going to take him on Day 3, likely in the 5th or 6th round. Everyone, including Haslam, was on board with the plan. Then Shedeur kept falling. Haslam started hinting that he was going to change his mind. So Andrew Berry and Stefanski tried to beat him to the punch by trading up for a second third-round pick and drafting Gabriel well ahead of where they projected him. Thinking that if they got a quarterback that would be the end of it. But it didn’t work. That pissed off Haslam, and he forced their hand in the fifth round for Shedeur, and that’s why they had such a negative reaction on camera.
Daboll typically asks QBs to draw up plays they loved using in college and then change it to fit the giants scheme/verbiage etc. as he explains it to them in real time, sounds like Sheduer wasn’t ready for any of that and didn’t know what to do and Daboll called him out on not being prepped and Shedeur didn’t like hearing it
This version I heard is Daboll gave him a day or 2 to study and he pulled a JaMarcus Russell and lied that he did and bluffs were called yours is way more believable
Packers and Bucks fans whining his hilarious. Y'all would put a gun in your mouth if you had to be fans of the Magic and Dolphins. You guys have no idea what real pain is. You guys have had 2 HOF QB's and an all pro new QB in the time since we've lost Dan Marino Not to mention just winning an NBA title
(This is mostly because I just happened to stumble upon the tweet) All of this is fair and honestly I think Bucks fans are the most pessimistic of the bunch oddly but that is probably the feeling that the Giannis era is doomed. (I care more that the Packers have had hope going into the season every year for the last 30 years than if they got 1 or 2 more rings)
This is like not a good thing to report And ending up on the browns means it still worked aganist him
It's hard to believe any predraft character mud slinging, but especially that. What percentage of players finish their career with the team that they start with? Instant financial incentive aside, nobody's gonna burn a bridge with a future potential employer like that.
Someone that grew up knowing nothing but a cartoonish level of wealth and opulence and has only ever “worked” for his father isn’t going to be concerned about burning bridges. Shilo has a multi million dollar judgement against him because he couldn’t be bothered to show up to court. Prime didn’t teach them a damn thing about life.
The Sanders stuff is a great example of how weird it is that the NFL draft is the biggest non-game on the schedule in American sports and is covered year round by people at major media outlets who do literally nothing else, and yet the overwhelming majority of the general media and public still has no clue about how the process actually works. Like there are people who really believe that reports of Sanders' bad interviews caused him to fall because teams got scared off as opposed to the actual interviews themselves.
Supposedly after the meeting with the Giants made it clear he wasn’t going in the top-five, the only teams they were open to were the Steelers (Tomlin was their top choice of coach to play for and start right away) and the Rams (top choice of city to live/for his brand and McVay).
