Just started episode 10, not sure why I took so long to watch this....but I' hooked. I almost gave up after the 1st episode....

If this ties directly into the beginning of Rogue One, I’m curious on the 3 arcs

google says MM delivered the declaration we see in Rebels 2 years before the death star was blown up and Rogue one was a year prior. So her going into exile has to be the second arc, right? The third is the year leading up to the mission in rogue one

 

Rogue 1 was like 2 days before ANH

 

Pretty sure this starts 3 years prior to Rogue 1 and each batch of episodes is 1 year apart. A review I read said he wished he’d never seen Rogue 1 because of how much depth the series gives to it and how perfectly it leads into it.

 

The lead up to the end of R1 is over ~1 year per what came up on google

 

Right, but in order to get the opening of R1 there’s a lot that needs to happen. I’m assuming we’re going to get

-fall out and kind of a regrouping after S1
-?
-MM leaving the senate and becoming the de facto leader of the resistance and we’ll hear here broadcast from rebels
-final lead up to start of R1
