Uhhhh maybe I didn’t follow this story close enough. Was it already common knowledge that there was also a twin brother cop that was having sexual relations with the victim? JFC.
I didn't know where to put this (I thought we had an Emmett Till thread), but this seems like the best place.
I heard about this case on Chapo this week. Apparently, he expected other LE members to give him a break while he was being questioned.
after having watched that idk if it belongs in this thread. Seems like the white assistant manager felt “threatened” by the angry black man and didn’t want to give him any information of who to contact over shitty service.
The sheriff is wearing a police vest. The sheriff proceeded to waste tax payer dollars by calling in his employees to intimidate the manager to get information. It belongs itt.
512 pages of examples and we’re still giving the cop the benefit of the doubt and just taking their word, eh
Sheriff calls in his employees to harass a fast food assistant manager for the names of owners and employees because of a wrong order
Simply going off what I saw in the video. IDK why he’d say “you didn’t tell him who I was” if he was wearing his sheriff gear in the restaurant. Again that video makes it sound like the white guy felt “threatened” by the mean big angry black guy.
No it doesn't. The video makes it sound like he felt threatened by multiple cops coming in and asking him for his information because a guy said his order was wrong.
no again going by what the video shows the cops said the guy “felt threatened” and that’s why he didn’t give the black dude the information but gave it to the white cops. I’ll watch the video again if I’m wrong i will admit it edit watched the video again and the assistant manager didn’t want to give any information to the black cop which would be weird if he was wearing his police shit. It means either the black cop wasn’t wearing police shit and the white dude thought it was just a random black dude or he was willing to give information to white cops but not a black one.
yet he did. My edit from above post: edit watched the video again and the assistant manager didn’t want to give any information to the black cop which would be weird if he was wearing his police shit. It means either the black cop wasn’t wearing police shit and the white dude thought it was just a random black dude or he was willing to give information to white cops but not a black one.
He only gave them his first name and they said he didn't want to give them his last. Assuming he was wearing a name tag, it was probably not possible to avoid giving them the first name.
Nothing about threatened was mentioned until 2 cops showed up demanding information. The sheriff abused his role, there's no other way to see this.
He only gave them his first name bc he felt threatened after 1 cop called 2 more cops bc the first cop is on a power trip over a fast food order. Under no circumstances should the deputies be called to get information for the sheriff in a personal matter.
he gave the white cops the mangers and owners information. If he had his police gear on like you claimed earlier why did he (ass manger) give the black cop the information he gave to the white cops? Is it an abuse of power yeah but in a thread about black men being killed this seems so inconsequential that I don’t think it belongs here. Thereis nothing in dispute. His order was wrong he asked for information to complain he was denied that and abused his power to get the information he wanted.
Yeah. I'm not sure I would take the word of someone who calls the cops about a fast food order being wrong because that's psycho behavior. I definitely wouldn't do it if the person complaining is the sheriff.
This is a thread for bad cops. It fits. And we don't know what the assistant manager said or what the sheriff asked for or anything. All we know for a fact is the sheriff was mad and called in his deputies to intimidate the assistant manager. For all we know the order was perfect and the sheriff was being an asshole. Idk why that's not a possibility to you. You're itt taking the sheriff at his word. Why? You know he abused his power yet you default to him being yhe good guy and the assistant manager being the asshole and you insinuate it's bc of race. Don't do that.
what would that change? His order was wrong. He asked (demanded was an asshole) for information to complain. He didn’t get so he abused his power got it . IDK what knowing the conversation would change.
in Georgia a white not willing to do something for a black man while doing it for a white one. The sheriff absolutely abused his power but it doesn’t mean the white assistant manager’s actions were not racist.
You've invented a scenario in your head based on nothing. The sheriff was a Karen in this situation. If it were a white woman that called cops on the store manager, you'd view it completely different.
okay let’s say order was right 100% and the assistant manager gave the cop all the information why would the sheriff call anyone? Idk why you guys can’t see that both things can be true. The sheriff abused his power after he dealt with a racist asshole. I’m saying he is racist because you pointed out the fact that the sheriff was is his cop costume. It’s weird to me that he’d (ass manger) would not give information to a black sheriff but would give it to the sheriff’s employees.
Because you are imagining a situation where the manager didn’t provide him information he asked for. That may not have happened at all. You don’t know that the assistant manager treated him differently than the other cops because you don’t know that he ever asked for the information that was provided to the other cops.
yes if it was a white woman and not a black man I’d see it differently. Thanks for stating the obvious. Guess what, You’d see it differently if it was a civilian and not a cop. lol that’s an Einstein level take.
No, anyone calling the cops over a food order is an asshole. Him being the sheriff just made it was worse.
the sheriff has come out and said he was wrong for escalating the situation. I tend to believe the assistant manager didn’t provide the sheriff with information because the sheriff was not in his cop costume. So the white assistant manager didn’t give a black man information. Then because of that the sheriff abused his position of power and called his employees. Sometimes the simplest answer is the answer.
If you believe this, then why do you think he's a racist? He might just not give a shit about any customer.
Or maaaaaybe the cop/karen was being an asshole and the assistant manager told him to fuck off. I do think he knew he was a cop. The vest gives it away. Maybe not, doesn't change anything.
He thinks everything is driven by racism. He basically said that diddy’s mistake was forgetting that he was black not the abuses, oh no…forgetting that he was black was the thing
