I booked a flight thru Chase Rewards earlier today. If I want to make a changes (within 24 hours), do I call Chase or the airline? Or do I just cancel and rebook?
lol damn really should get the Ink and that SW card, those points actually get you tier qualifying status I think that’s different than the previous ones that are companion or bust?
the question is - can you get the bonus on the priority card and on another southwest card to get to companion? companion expiring 12/31/18 for me, don't know how I can live without it
So since I’m at 0/24, think I’m gonna go this route for now: Citi AA Citi AA business CSR & CSP on the same day to be able to get both
You would then be 2/24 edit: incorrect Also, definitely do the CSR/CSP first iff you can meet both spends.
Thought I understood 5/24, but clearly I don’t. Thought it only pertained to Chase rewards cards? I have CSR&CSP, if I open an Ink card, I’d be 3/24?
So I get 80,000 points just for using a business card for my personal expenses AND that card doesn’t count towards my 5/24?
Rethinking this: my fiancée has no Chase cards and is 1/24. Should I have her apply for CSR and CSP on the same day? Put the 5k car charges on those two which will practically hit both bonuses and then have her transfer the 100k points to me? Thinking that would be better than the Amex platinum offer.
Why do you have to apply for the two chase cards on the same day? My wife has had no cards in a long while. She probably could not spend 8k in 4 months....
hello fellow red raider i have CSR and CIP referrals for you friend but ohhaithur and Arkadin should be first
CSR and CSP should be first if you have a good credit history CSR: https://www.referyourchasecard.com/19/J58YHJNGU3 CSP: https://www.referyourchasecard.com/6/TROPL22SKL I think I'm the only one with CSP in this thread so use someone else for CSR imo
Earn 50,000 bonus points with Chase Sapphire Reserve. I can be rewarded too if you apply here and are approved for the card. Learn more. https://www.referyourchasecard.com/19/0BZX5MCA2G

Hi. Yes I also have CSP and CSR and would be happy to offer a referral link (though if ohhaithur or Ark have the link then you should probably go with them since they tend to offer all the help).
K, I’ll use ohhaithur and Arkadin ’s referrals for CSR/CSP - should I wait until a business day (next Monday) to apply since I’m gonna go for both at the same time? I won’t be able to get to my home computer until tonight.
Does anyone besides GoodForAnother and me have enough points for Marriott Nights and Flights before the prices go up? https://www.marriott.com/rewards/usepoints/morepack.mi I've been on the fence for weeks about what to do with my points and SPG/Marriott refuses to say what they'll do with the certificates
Haven’t decided yet. There is going to be a steal on uber high end hotels for the next few months https://onemileatatime.boardingarea...-points-redemption-opportunities-coming-soon/
We spend $6,000+ a month on cards. Haven’t paid a cent in interest since my jerkoff-idiot 20s days, but $6,000+ is still an absuredly stupid number. The points make me erect, though.
Btw, hit lifetime platinum with Marriott today. Will merge accts to new program next month and be locked into lifetime platinum premier
Negative, but all bills, all spending, and I also volunteer any and all extended family/friends spending to go on my card. It helps...a lot.
Been saving up points for a two week trip to Europe next year for our ten year anniversary. I’ll be needing you and Arkadin’s and others help planning
Today was the first I’d heard of nights and flights. But I have enough AA miles for round trip first class tickets for the two of us
325k may not be enough for two weeks depending on how nice you are looking just to get that out of the way early. Marriott does every fifth night free so I try to take advantage of that In Europe I have stayed in these marriotts Boscola Exedra in Rome — amazing place Renaissance Lucerne — good not amazing Courtyard Zurich — it’s a courtyard Renassaince Paris Le Parc Trocadero — great hotel (amazing staff) All depends on where you want to go obviously but they’ve got a lot of properties in the major cities. I usually redeem for higher end hotels with Marriott because that’s where I find the value to be especially with my status. For example the boscola was like 40k a night but we got upgraded to a 700 euro a night room so you’re getting good value. Flyertalk has threads on most major Marriott hotels and I have used them to pick out all of the places we’ve stayed based on their threads/reviews (except the courtyard, that was a unique situation). The format sucks but there’s a lot of information on there So if you’re looking at nicer places 325k will get you to around 8-10 nights depending on specific redemptions and how much you are looking to move around and sacrifice the free fifth night. Lower end hotels you can probably stretch further or just pay cash for addtl nights Anyway happy to help as it gets closer. I fuck with Marriott a lot so lmk if any questions
I planned on the wife getting the 100k bonus but didn’t get it in time. I also have 350k UR points Plan on sitting down this weekend to try and start planning everything
What’s the story with the nights and flights? I assume it’s not worth it since we are using AA miles?
