Are ppl out here tossing the necks out of their Thanksgiving turkeys and not making turkey neck and giblets gravy to smother their potatoes/dressing/turkey? Couldn't be me.
Love a good sheep tongue souse. Or whatever else I have around really. I do a souse like once a week with whatever I got. Chicken wings, sausage, bologna and hot dogs, whatever.
