before I got hurt I wasn’t so much an output hardo but a mileage whore. Since that I have become more of an all around athlete. I try and do more strength and yoga classes. It keeps me from putting up the numbers I used to. Also bike bootcamps not counting towards miles hurts my numbers. But, I like it the way I am now more. I feel like I am in better shape over all than when I strictly focused on cycling.
