It’s been a while since I took one of her rides, then took a foam roller class again from a while back and thought it was pretty noticiable, especially her upper lip.
Hot take: I'm rarely looking at/listening to the instructor. Just give me the resistance/cadence numbers and shut your mouth, clowns.
Sherman for NAFW? :nothankyouplease: The Irish Daniel has left peloton. Was bummed until I learned he is a total RW ass hat. Follows that black rifle coffee company and Candace Owens among other rwnj on twitter and instagram.
Negotiating against himself it sounds like they’re, maybe some insider trading lol who knows with that place anymore sadly.
My assumption is that the Rower has been in the works for so long and ate up so much money that they had no choice but to still release it.
My home gym has slowly started smelling like shot ever since I got a peloton and started working out at home. Any of you have air purifier recs?
was a nice ride. Until I saw you I figured I’d do a easy ride to get over my little hangover. I have think I was the last shoutout on the ride which was nice. I usually do a warm up ride but I didn’t today.
Daniel Ocean or anyone else that uses the Nike cycle shoes, did you go true-to-fit or go up the half size that peloton recommends for their shoes?
Anyone ever do the arms and light weights rides? The Peloton weights are on sale on the Amazon Prime Day, but only in 1, 2, or 3 pounds and 3 seems very light
I've mixed them in. If you're doing 15 minutes straight of arm/shoulders with 3s, they'll start burning by the end. Also, you don't need the Peloton ones unless the sale is really good. I bought some from Academy for $7 each and they fit in the holder perfectly.
It’s a decent sale, $18.75 for the pair. The Prime Day deal is good on a lot of Peloton products, $200 off the bike but the delivery options seem scarce
Yup. Same hole pattern as the Pelotons - you just swap the brackets over. Toe feels a touch wider than the Peloton shoes and there's an upper and lower strap so you can tighten the upper and leave the lower a little looser so it doesn't squeeze tf out of your toes.
I do and I use 10 pound weights. That gives you a decent arm workout. Anything less is way too light. I try to combine a ride with weights with a strength class. Also go to target or a Ross type store they usually have small weights for pretty cheap.
Gotta admit, I'm a pretty big guy and when I do a 30 minute ride with the 3 lb weights and I'm going pretty hard, I'm pretty flat toward the end of the last arms session
Any light weight workout that’s what I use. I am a decent size guy and have always been into weight lifting. I have a small table/bench/stand (idk what to call it) that I put my weights on when I ride. They obviously don’t fit on the weight holders on the bike. It gives me a nice workout.
FWIW I wasn’t trying to brag or start anything I was simply stating what I use for “arms and intervals” type rides.
Sucks hes an antivax idiot. He made good classes. Interesting he was making 260k, I assume most spin instructors are over 500k then. Also seems like they need to settle this quickly because not just paying the without cause amount is going to cost them so much more. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23130609-peloton-suit
That's disappointing. I liked Daniel McKenna's strength classes because he was the instructor that always struggled with the exercises more than me. Always felt good
torn bicep I haven’t ridden in over two weeks probably won’t for a bit. I’m at the orthopedic doctor’s office right now so depending on what he tells me I might be able to
