Many mornings I don't even eat anything before I go to work. I just take a protein bar with me and eat when I get hungry. Most days that's all I eat before lunch. Some days I don't even eat anything anything before lunch.
Started to drink this much several years ago until I started getting heart flutters. Wore a monitor for 24 hours and basically learned everything was fine but hey man maybe cut back a bit. so now it’s one coffee in the morning then tea after that in the afternoon if I want more delicious hot liquid to drink. /coolstory
during the work week, I'll have a bite to eat at morning break and then obviously lunch on weekends I usually don't eat anything until at least 1400 and I can't eat during Michigan games either
very dependent on the person went to one a couple of weeks ago where I wore a navy button down and grey pants and was overdressed compared to most there. I knew it was going to be casual but just didn't go casual enough
I've had to give up caffeine, but coffee has been part of my morning routine for so long that I've just switched to decaf. Took about a week to get through a day without headaches.
I switched to drinking a monster energy in the mornings during the summer bc I hate hot beverages when it’s hot out and it somehow doesn’t make me as jittery as coffee does. The only drawback is the rat tail I’ve been legally obligated to maintain as a result.
I like Zoa. Twofold (a) it seems smoother to me without as much of a crash, (b) I get confused for The Rock a lot while I drink it.
I’ve never drank an energy drink my entire life. Anxiety already makes me heart beat faster than normal. That would probably make it stop
I’ll enjoy a coke every now and then but don’t drink anything caffeinated outside of that. I used to drink a lot of pop when I was younger but had this weird revelation in my teens where I decided to essentially give up caffeine.
I am caffeinated most waking hours but was considering something with some more health benefits than coffee. maybe Yerba Mate? Can I drink that hot? Anyone tried it?
Went to Uruguay/Argentina and that’s all they drink down there. Everyone has a personal cup with the leaves in it and they add hot water throughout the day
I like mate a lot. This is my go to https://matefactor.com/collections/yerba-mate/products/fresh-green-yerba-mate-tea-bags-organic.
I hadn’t even heard of it until the World Cup last year when they did an article about the controversy where Argentina was drinking Uruguayan yerba mate.
