Compressed disc in my lower back. It used to not bother me much. Only after specific workouts or running on concrete. But I guess carrying and holding an infant so much the past few months has added up. Now it’s lingering.
I fractured an L4 and L5 when I was 15 and I have had lingering back issues ever since. Started physical therapy a couple of years ago at 37 years old twice a month and it’s the best I’ve felt since pre injury. Inversion table might help but I can’t recommend at least a few PT sessions enough to help you train around it to help whatever the underlying issues might be.
It may help momentarily while you’re on it, but it doesn’t actually stretch anything or have a lasting effect. I found it pretty much useless.
