    part of my concern. The thickness of the eggplant will make a huge difference. Peanuts seem excessive if it’s truly crispy.

    Fried chicken was amazing.

    Eggplant was OK. It was nice and crispy, but the pineapple + peanuts didn't pair well on my pallette.
