Seems like a crazy overreaction from The Hub to cut off power to the show just to prevent them from dancing on the grave of the Celtics
just finishing local hour on Youtube. asking Billy Gil if he did the power outage and then Chris Cote not going to the penalty box made me absolutely lose it.
I laughed when he started talking about how hot it was while wearing a sweatshirt. I’m glad he acknowledged that
nah, he gets the show and loves all the jokes like what they were doing with the picture of simmons over his face.
Were people even pushing back on the Messi stuff? I don't follow soccer at all but nobody else on the show even really seemed to care enough to push back whenever Mike brought it up. I haven't listened today yet.
Probably an unpopular opinion. I love the show, love Amin, Greg, most guests, etc…. but can’t stand Domonique Foxworth
Samson is so fucking strange. Taking his (now ex-) wife to War of the Roses the night they got engaged because he wanted to show her how he didn’t want their marriage to end that way. And he has the wings from the end of castaway tattooed on his body? I also feel legitimately sad when I listen to him talk about not being able to form human connections
I’ve fallen out of love with the show and fill the gap with The Right Time and the Dominique Foxworth Show.
I don’t understand why Dan still has segments and will stop an interview in the middle to go to commercial break while doing a podcast. Like I understand then mmm editing commercials in obviously but I don’t understand dan asking a guest to “stay right there” as they actually throw to a commercial and I’m wondering if they take an actual break or not.
I like that he does it. it lets me know to get ready to fast forward. I doubt they take much of a break more than ok and back in 15..14...
Is that not weird they stop in the middle of interviews like they are on AM radio? It’s easy to fast forward, not a big deal, but I have fun imagining a world where they didn’t tell Dan they are in the internet and are tricking him to thinking it’s still just a radio show.
I feel like it’s normal since they’re making a live tv show at this point that they then put out as a podcast. Obviously most of us still consume it as a pod, but with the launch of the draft king network tv channel, it makes sense to me
Is there any particular reason why they continue to force feed us that meadowlarker hour? They hid it in “hour 1” this week
