Everyone does have shitty calls. There was a game full of them last night including an indefensible blown call that was reviewed. Laugh all you want at not kneeling or giving up two huge plays in 20 seconds. Please. We deserve it. But two things can be true. Last night the canes made the biggest blunder in CFB history AND got repeatedly fucked over by the officials.

One person and one person alone is to blame for all of this and that’s Mario cristobal full stop this ain’t got nothing to do with the refs, this ain’t got nothing to do with the blown coverage by kitchens, this ain’t got nothing to do with the kid who fumbled the ball. One person fucked up so astronomically bad and people are right fully focusing on that dumb piece of shit. Everyone else is absolved of wrong doing. No one should’ve been in those positions and one moron put them there All dude had to do was land the fucking airplane and that mother fucker nose dived the fucking thing into the control tower
If you read, poor paul was talking about how our radio announcers were complaining in the 3rd quarter about the refs. That’s how the convo started. But you are right. You can’t blame the refs when you have the win and refuse to take a knee.
apropos of nothing FSU got assfucked by ACC refs yesterday and i went on the VT message board and they were melting down about FSU getting all the calls.

Being paid to fly to a game and leaving in the third quarter is pretty funny on its own. I mean most of what she does is pregame but still. that said it’s hilarious and will be leveraged to the fullest extent.

This and his brother was having major issues before the cancer was diagnosed. In addition Dan's Dad was having negative reactions to some medicine he was taking and almost fell off or jumped off a balcony.

I've been a regular listener since around the time Tua joined the Dolphins and I still have no idea how the bucket of death works. Please advise.
Once a week all 32 nfl team helmets are put in a bucket for everyone to select. Once you select a helmet you can either keep it or put it back. If you keep it then you have that team for the week against the spread whatever it is. You can only put the helmet back once and pick again and you’re stuck with whatever team you select. There’s also a golden helmet of life which means you can’t lose and can’t be swapped with. Those are the main rules if the team you pick loses that week then you owe a “punishment” which is primarily dressing up as something funny
golden helmet of life can be swapped for, happened two weeks ago. also golden helmet of life is that you don't lose for 3 weeks. in addition to the NFL teams there are other unique helmets like: -TYFYS (pick any service academy) -Big Apple (pick any NY team in any sport) -Lions, Tigers, and Bears (pick a team with one of those mascots, any sport)
Yeah. They give the spreads to give everyone a sense of the matchup (and bc of DK) but just have to win straight up.

it's week to week and they sometimes pay off punishments, but if you listen to the podcasts and not on YouTube, you're likely not to get payoff because most of the punishments is dressing up in silly costumes. Tony was dressed as Peter (Pedro) Pan yesterday, and Jeremy was dressed as Alexander Hamilton today. Here's one of my favorite punishment outfit served:
RIP the Lebo helmet which is when they would call dans brother (who knows nothing about sports) and have him basically name any sports team. Whoever he says is your team. Also I think the whole thing started with joy and zaslow’s wheel of embarrassment or whatever they called it.

The bucket of death is an asbolute shell of its former glory. It used to be something to show took seriously and punishments were paid off 90% of the time within a few weeks. Then Stu started to outright refuse to do stuff so they found creative/funny ways for him to stu gotz his way to the golden helmet of life almost every 3 weeks for a whole season. It's been a steep decline ever since since. nobody actually wants to do the punishments anymore and the show is rarely together so instead of one bucket of death segment where everyone draws and laughs at each other's misfortune, its a couple people picking for everyone else and the punishments RARELY get done. It's a bit that used to be my all time favorite and now I wish they would just retire it.
