Yeah they've got a lot to clean up but they've got 2 easy W's in the Michigan schools after this weekend to get right again. I know you know this but it's just a reminder that everything about this program, girls, and coaches are the antithesis of almost every other program at Dear old U. They are so much more mentally strong than what we're used to that there's never a reason to panic or give in.
WYO got up 2-0 on CSU but we're now staring down a 5th set. Pokes started the year 11-0 but now trying to avoid a 0-5 start to Mountain West play. Blowing this Border War match would be tough
She-Husks on the road against Michigan in 45 mins. There's been a couple upsets so far this weekend. #25 Auburn beat #9 Florida Unranked Maryland beat #16 Minnesota Unranked Marquette swept #15 Creighton
These girls have gotten into a bad habit of starting out really slowly the last couple weeks. On one hand they have amazing mental strength to never give up on a set or even point. They make it so hard for anyone to close a set out on them. On the other hand they need to fix that shit because they can't spot top 10 teams 5+ pts when it's time to play them.
I never knew there was any channel that didn't broadcast on HD everywhere nowadays. That's gotta look terrible on the big ass TVs everyone has today.
It is terrible. When the Gophers volleyball played at Oregon & Stanford last season I used my computer to wirelessly span to my tv instead of using the standard Def channel.
I always wondered if the P12 Network was just like a glorified BTN+ type broadcast. Sounds like that might be the case. Some of those broadcasts it seems like they just use the same camera feed as the arena video boards lol
Big in state rivalry upset for the Hoosiers. I was pretty impressed with them when the Husks played them a couple weeks ago. Their libero is very legit.
fired their coach for no good reason. Best players then transferred. They were down in general but it bottomed out this year
she does. And she was hired after the portal closed so there were limited options this year. I don’t care for the fact she took off in the middle of the season to go back and coach the Olympic team, but I’m not sure if that was a finish out the cycle thing or a she’ll always do that.
Will be at tomorrow night’s #2 Nebraska vs #13 Penn St. game with my daughter. Can’t wait, gonna be hype.
3 matchups tonight containing ranked teams. Big one at #Louisville Cardinals on ESPNU! Also... #7 Texas @ #21 Houston #22 Auburn @ #10 Tennessee
Next 3 weeks are going to be huge in finding out if UCF is legit or not. A soft B12 schedule so far but at least they have won them all. For a first year coach its very impressive.
If Krause continues to play like she has for the last week and a half then we win the natty. That OH spot had been our only "weak" spot if you wanted to call it that.
Guarantee #17 from Penn St. would be a better o-lineman for our football team than anyone on our current roster. That's not an indictment on her. It's just a sad truth.
Best libero in program history when her career is done and that's saying something considering the current starting libero on the national team is an alum
