Tom admitted on Pack Your Knives podcast it was a shit edit and “it won’t happen again” in the finale. Said every single diner chose Danny. He said next season he’s going to watch the edit before it goes out.
Danny should have lost for picking Manny. How do you let the dude who fucked up every protein for a dozen episodes cook your lobster? Wish Rasika hadn’t put out that stinker of a dish, think she could have easily made top 3.
Naomi Pomeryoy drowned during a river float over the weekend. 49, husband who was also floating and one other survived. Wear your life jackets :*/
Spoiler didnt know how that aged kimchi reduction persimmon salad would be received but they went for it
I said to my wife that was one of the harshest critiques I’ve ever heard. It must have truly been awful
It looked terrible, sucks because she seemed fun I like this cast based on ep 1. The red head from Chicago seems awful which isn’t surprising considering who she works with.
Thought massimo should’ve gone. After a few seasons with subpar talent, this season seems incredibly strong
the chx parm pizza had no business be served this late in the competition unless you were going to deconstruct it like that one suburban napoli place on chefs table
Yeah I wanted her to be in the bottom for not even trying. There was no risk in making an Italian pizza.
I was shocked that they didn’t roast her for making a version of a pizza that isn’t controversial and can likely be found at 1 out of every 10 bar and grills.
They should let him move on another week so he can go home for funeral. If I was in the competition I'd be like he earned this can we all agree to put him through?
Lana had been asking to go home if it werent for the bottom feeders fucking up consistently. She really had not executed in an elite manner other than doing her testimonial backstory. Season really has been about Tristen and Tristen. Wish some Massimo machismo sprinkled in. But his frenchie style is uninspiring. I do love how openly Tristen hates him as an individual for it.
Tristen v Massimo is good stuff. I enjoy watching Cesar. Seems all over the place in terms of his final output, but he's very creative
All the remaining dudes are likeable. Massimo took some time to grow on me but I get what hes doing. He wants a tv show and he probably will get it. Tristen better win. He's awesome.
man that might be the best executed round for a final 5 in the shows history so many good looking dishes
A little surprised by the decision based on comments but in a tie and one person had longer time I'm good with it. Pretty sure the guys are all happy with that too, they all viewed mossimo as top competition but not so much with Bailey.
Ya the edit really threw me off. Not sure I agree with that elimination. When it doubt, eliminate the person who has already been eliminated.
One of my favorite episodes of all time. That was fantastic. Had a chance to go to Shuai’s restaurant in Charleston a couple months ago and we chose something closer. Really regret that decision
Really tough challenge to do in the final 4. That game has been much earlier in the seasons the last few years. Was very happy when Shuai and Tristen got through on the first two rounds. One of those two better win next week. Oh and Ali!! Was great having him back as a judge this week
I really want to try his place in Charleston. Menu looks fantastic. The stress on Tristen's face not finishing 1st place was intense. The preview showed sous chef draft picks and it was interesting...
No Cesar as a sous chef is weird but I am guessing they had to pick the other sous chefs to fly to Italy ahead of time. Couldn’t bank on the unknown eliminated person to be your partner.
