Game day, baby! Gonna roll Bethlehem tonight. Float like a butterfly, Lou City. More like Bethlehem Gay Boys
Oh look, City's in the Eastern Conference finals, again. NBD. And NY beat FCC. Good, fuck Cincinnati.
Something like 5-7 busses and have sold out nearly one side of the stadium. Gf and I are driving up separately though so we’re there in time to watch Michigan crush PSU. And 11 hours on a bus in less than 24 hours sounds terrible. What’s the beer selection/pricing like if you happen to know?
Louisville is going to put in a bid to join the MLS to coincide with the completion of our new stadium in '20. Would be awesome.
It was cheap. We're going to LA in December so really we're just heading there for the match so being close-ish to the stadium and low cost were the important criteria. Did not look like there was much around there except for a Paul Martin's, Yardhouse ,and some other chains about a mile away. Going to JT Schmid's in Tustin to watch the game with the PSU OC chapter before the match.
Spectrum is just a huge development with a ton of chain type of restaurants. There aren’t a ton ofgood breweries that close to the Spectrum.
Wasn't really expecting any. Normally that would concern me but I've been traveling a ton the past 5 weeks so I'm trying to keep this trip (relatively) cheap so I'm kinda glad the temptation won't be there. I've had a Paul Martin's gift card for about 4 years I've never used, might be time to use that. If you have recommendations for downtown LA breweries that'd be helpful though. We're staying at the Freehand when we come back in December.
Well, USL scoring record holder Cameron Lancaster just went down with leg injury at 10', so our chances just took a major hit.
Congrats Artoo I would love to come to Louisville if we make the final but I don't think that's gonna be feasible on a Thursday on short notice. Flights look pretty fucking expensive.
