I grew up in south central la went to school there my whole life. In my 40 plus years of life and 1000s of people I’ve met not once have I met a kid, parent grandparent etc that has felt that way about dogs because of what you posted. Moreover you ascribed that diagnosis to someone who doesn’t feel that way who went and adopted two dogs. But, continue to tell me about my community. Tell me about how the members of my community feel.
you should re-read soulfly's first post on the previous page imo. he's not telling you how you and your community feel.
He is telling my experience is irrelevant. What’s funny is his post isn’t even relevant in this situation. CK didn’t make this thread because of generational trauma. While I love me some CaneKnight , he made this thread because he is a poopy head with a horrible opinion.
I'm alright man, thanks for asking. Lots of local friends and believe it or not ppl on this here site have been friends.
Not surprised because people on this site love you, man. I’m happy to hear you’re doing well but know that you can always share if things are rough.
Here's another of Romeo. Zero manners pissing about in the open like this, doesn't even raise his leg, smh. Here's a nice painting of Romeo from Chewy
That beautiful boy looks like he just got done watching Alabama's QB's practice and doesn't want to tell you the bad news.
Soulfly turning out to be a cat person is the least surprising thing on this board since whatever R2s latest post was.
here’s another anecdote for you. My first Sharpei and long lost soulmate was Bentley. He and I road-tripped, climbed and man-whored our way back and forth across this country. We stopped in SLC to spend a week with a pharmacy student fling and her roommate was over from Africa and was terrified of dogs. Was my first experience ever seeing anything like that. When we went out for drinks (back then you had to sign up for a drinking club to drink in SLC) we closed ol Ben dawg in the bedroom. We didn’t stay out too late because I didn’t like leaving my boy confined in a new space. We walk in the door and the roommate has Bentley up on the sofa with her watching a movie. Apparently he whined when she got home, she let him out of the room and they became best friends. She said “she never knew dogs could be like this.” To me it was eye opening to understand that there are places where dogs and people have different experiences. For her I think it was the same but from the opposite direction. Ol Ben with his lady love at Mobile Mardis gras circa 2004. Miss that fucking guy. Who’s cutting onions over here so early?
I know a guy who was working on a old guy's house once and found $10k in the attic. Only like a few good 20s out the whole 10k. The rest was too chewed up by rats.
