    England's talent level is by far the most overrated in the world, and has been for years. They belong in the category of Croatia, Serbia, Russia (another big underachiever sans '08), Turkey, etc. in the UEFA hierarchy. They haven't done anything to prove they belong with Spain, Germany, Italy, France, The Netherlands, or Portugal over the years.

    Imagine if England had to go through the hell that is CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying? Where you need to pray you can at least get a tie when you play at Bolivia.

    England may be behind almost all those teams listed in the first group but they are closer to that group than the 2nd group.

    Their tactics are shit and it goes through the ranks and they get worked by teams with free flowing, quick passing teams that use the flanks.

    That is why they are a quarterfinal team most World Cups. They have the talent to possibly go a lil further but tactics, bad coaching, and dumb shit costs them nearly every time.

    Don't see how Russia, Croatia, or the other teams are close to England from a pure talent standpoint.
