You should call and listen to whatever line their legal department approved. You want to know if your lot was contaminated with a foreign substance or if there are concerns for bacteria/fungal contamination. If it’s the later and you’re not sick, you will be fine. If it’s the former, kiss your penis goodbye.
Did you notice a difference right away? I’ve read that is a little more effective than semaglutide (Ozempic). I took my second shot last Thursday, and yesterday it felt like it started to kick in. Wasn’t really hungry/bored eating as much as normal.
I’ve been on Ozempic since November and just started losing weight in the last month. What’s the price point difference between the two if one (Zepbound) seems to be so much more effective?
Zepbound is actually cheaper, and bonds twice. It also has a higher success rate at 25 percent compared to 16 with wegovy
Zepbound for the record is different than semaglutide because it contains a GLP-1 agonist, and a GIP agonist. They work in concert with each other, but the GIP portion specifical impacts lipolysis (ability to burn fat), among other benefits.
The site I used to get the “compound” or whatever it’s called it was $249/month for Semaglutide (Ozempic) and $399/month for Tirzepatide (Zepbound). I’m sure the price difference on the name brand versions is harder to compare based on insurance, doses, etc.
So I live in Mexico, I don't need ozempic or wegovy or anything like that, but I had a convo with a colleague who was discussing how expensive name brand ozempic is in Mexico (around 250 usd per month). It's crazy to me that it costs 4x more in the US
Can’t buy controlled substances (benzodiazepines or painkillers). But you can buy antibiotics, and most other things including ozempic without a prescription.
In touristo areas, Cabo, Tulim, Cancun, Tijuana, etc. I’m pretty sure you can buy anything at the pharmacies. Not the case in major cities though
I was gonna say, I've heard of people going down there saying they were gonna buy Xanax and Valium. But not sure how they actually made out, and that was like 20 years ago when I think about it
40+ pharmacies in Cancun/playa del Carmen were shut down last year for selling Xanax/fake adderall (meth), and fentanyl pills labeled as oxycodone. It’s an issue in tourist areas but they do seem to be cracking down a bit.
UHC hit me with a PA for my refill of ozempic, then denied that PA. T2D diagnosis and all. Real cool stuff.
That article headline can be a little misleading in that they are including all drugs in those classes- so an indication of either obesity or diabetes.
I’m 6’6 and got up to the heaviest I’d ever been, starting weight was 361, 3 1/2 months later I’m 299, and goal weight is 250
I’ll say that I did about 1000 calories/day when I lost 110 in 6-7 months (no medications at that time). It felt fine and normal once I got into the swing of it, but it was unsustainable and I gained a lot of it back as soon as I broke the diet.
Honestly surprised it isn't more. If his 750 calories are accurate, he's in ~3000 calorie deficit every day if he's doing some type of exercising.
DDB thank you for not joining the weight loss challenge this year. Congrats on your journey so far. Hope it sticks once you get to a normal intake level
Yeah I would like to reiterate that 750 is significantly below the threshold that your body needs to maintain normal functionality. The caloric deficit to your brain does explain your posting though.
good luck I’m not a doctor so if you’ve spoken to one disregard my uneducated opinion but that seems unsustainable and not healthy
