$600 per person?
I'm not kidding when I say I'd consider sucking dick to get tickets in NYC.
Mine are in the pink so I'm hoping there not too bad but have obvious concerns about how much I'm going to miss. I'm also going on Feb. 1st to the mid day performance and will miss almost all of national signing day.
Still, even if you miss stuff we can still say we saw it live. That's my thought.
Wish I had seen the original cast though. So jealous of my friend who did
Yeah would have been awesome to see it in New York and with the original cast but will have to settle for seeing that on tv and seeing the Chicago cast in person
just got them from ticketmaster for face value, they went on sale again today
I got emails saying new block March-August available for Broadway and that new block March-September in Chicago available tomorrow
I met Miranda about two months ago. Really nice guy.
That's all I got
What day did you get? I'm not seeing anything.
They go on sale to the public at 10am tomorrow.
Oh I was looking at the NYC dates. Might explain why I didn't find anything.
5/23/17-8/13/17 is the email I got
I already know that. Did you read the post you quoted?
Said I got 2 separate emails. One talked about Chicago tickets tomorrow. The other had a different set of dates from Chicago though and the link takes you to only NYC ticket sales.
That's why I asked him which one. He said he bought today and tickets for Chicago go on sale tomorrow
haha na I just read the first line and then answered. My bad.
All good I just didn't want anyone possibly looking in NYC to be confused and think it was just Chicago and miss out
Have 2 seats for sell for Chicago Wednesday Dec. 28... got screwed a bit, found a good deal in the box on the side, but had to buy 4 to ensure I got the front row, so now selling the 2 extra on the back row (only 2 rows deep though).
Wanted to see if anyone here was interested.
I got for NY Thursday May 25th, I think tickets went on sale this morning at 10am for mid may - august
I am going to sell 2 of the tickets I got, but for way more money than I feel comfortable charging someone on here
Is Stubhub the best way to get NY seats? Just booked a flight to the city for mid-November...
you can try seatgeek also
That's the week wife and I are off. You going to oop them for retail or get in my booty with some resell price?
all I'm wanting back is exactly what i paid for them, but I could consider some sort of discount if needed.
I paid $633 a piece, $1267 total. Steep but not bad for the section and what else was on the site.
Ouch. I assume you bought them resell? I'm trying to avoid that. Going to try to pick some up when they go on sale today.
Got tickets in NYC for next July. They are about 15 rows up in Orchestra. About $250 a pop with the flash sale that happened yesterday.
Shit. I thought the new sale was only for 2017 tickets?
Ugh tickets are for sale but wife isn't available to talk dates.
edit: they go on sale at 10am central
Good luck to everything trying to buy.
verified, march 21-sept 21 2017... my tickets are still for sale haha
Yea my bad. Meant to reply earlier. Trying to cop tickets for next year at cost.
My brother got 4 tickets for the first week of the new release. His kids are love Hamilton too and that's spring break so he's taking the family.
He's actually 2 rows closer and a few seats in from my tickets so I'll be able to give him a good idea of the view too
I went as late as I could for personal reasons, got two orchestra for Friday 9/8/17.
Tickets are still on some days, like 7/2, the Sunday before July 4th. Thinking about buying a handful more to flip. What is resell in Chicago? ohhaithur
not great honestly. with how difficult it is to resell you may not find it worth it
I wonder what caused the price fall. NYC to Chicago or LMM leaving?
both, time and there are so many showings
i can something back for that dumb other pair I bought... oh well life goes on
You will be fine. It's just not easy or as profitable as it was
do you know anything about the resell market in ny?
I do not but I imagine it is stronger
Lin will be hosting SNL on October 8
Bought 4 tickets for Chicago in March, trying to flip that shit. Hopefully it stays popular.
Well I listed the 2 tickets on stubhub for $625 each, if someone on here wants them for the equivalent of what stubhub would pay me which is $562.50 a ticket they are yours. NYC - Thursday, May 25th orchestra right side
Wish he was the musical guest too but I'll take hosting.
i imagine they work something into the monologue or a skit
i hope everyone watched.
also, PBS Hamilton's America airs this friday. set your DVRs (or be cool and stay in and watch live)
i guess for anyone that somehow missed it, here's his shot at an opening monologue
The monologue was great.
