military equipment is a very vague term that can mean nearly anything at a time of war. Makes sense that 3D printers would help. Especially when they’ve had mass population loss and have a need for labor with so many fighting or supporting the war effort.
Lockheed missile and fire control is based out of camden arkansas and just announced a massive expansion for himars production. Whatever replaces atacms will be built there too
1. Defense spending. 2. I haven’t been tracking close enough to understand in detail what the tactical situation suggests but if intelligence briefings are suggesting material progress/likely meaningful success, doesn’t pay to be on the losing side of a war.
the “cut them off” angle has always been almost exclusively a House Republican slant. Cotton has long been a Russia hawk.
I always found the SA80 to be an interesting MBR. I haven't seen any show up in Ukraine yet. Guess they switch to ak or m4 when they get back in country. In that same vein- I have to think we have sent some xm7 and xm250 to Ukraine to get some real world feedback too
So, based on the damage, did the missiles used pierce through the armor and then explode from within the Kilo? Saw some discussion of that on Twitter.
I legit wonder if they'll try to fix it - if it is a 636.3 Kilo, it's less than ten years old, and it was in dry dock so, giant fuck hole in it aside, it wouldn't have taken much water damage. Wouldn't be shocked if they put it on a barge and sent it back to St Petersburg to either repair it or take it apart to use on the next 636.3.
https://theintercept.com/2023/09/17/pakistan-ukraine-arms-imf/ Hell yeah, let's just do Iran-contra but dumber and more blatant. Gotta save Ukraine, but fuck them brown people.
I suspect there should be some hearings on this Pakistan business. But... re that article, calling Pakistan a democracy is a pretty big stretch. It's more the Biden administration pushed for a no confidence vote for a wealthy guy Trump helped get installed in 2018. Pakistan is about as democratic as Alabama.
Picturing some south carolina fan walking off a trail to take a leak and finding an f35 is pretty wild
some jethro in a bass boat is parked over it at the bottom of lake Marion pulling up slabs right now.
