Have wanted these for a while but couldn't bring myself to spend the stupid amount of money they cost. Finally said fuck it when I got a chance at 20% off since they never go on sale. Can't wait for the first time it unexpectedly rains while I'm wearing them and they're ruined forever.
Any of you guys use woot? I just got a $150 ex officio wind breaker 6 pocket jacket that I love for $20.
I'm not sure the exact reasoning. Our resident brewery owner, VTA, has said he'd never fill one of those things though.
One thing I can think of is that whatever place you're getting it filled at will clean out the growler beforehand, but they're not going to take the time to take apart and clean out the tap system on that thing. They probably don't want to risk their beer tasting off because the growler owner doesn't ever clean it out.
Like I said I’m a newb, that’s something I wouldn’t think of. I’m just in Austin and a lot of places will fill it up for you per their advertisements.
I’m going to be honest, I have the South Carolina guy ignored — so I thought this was about my car and started getting concerned
He went on this weird posting spree in the NSFW random pics thread where he just posted a ton of gifs of gross sloppy porn star boobs that nobody cared to see.
Would love a follow up on this once you've used it a time or two. I've had my eye on one of these for a long time as a gift for a good friend who always talks about getting a growler. I've read they leak when under pressure but you can never tell if it's a defect or the person writing the review is just mildly retarded. Anyway, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
I will let you know... I watched several reviews on YouTube and this is the one that really helped me make up my mind. He does mention some leaking at the tap but after speaking with the vendor he tightened it himself and added teflon tape and said he has not had any problems since. Check it out.
Lysol wipes, Old English furniture polish and scratch cover, and a phone charger for my truck. Just a nice little Saturday here at the DrunkJester household. May go to Bed, Bath & Beyond later, but I don’t know if I’ll have enough time. Edit: might be helpful if I include a picture, per thread rules:
Just get some Jason Markk repel and the cleaner and you’re good to go. Give them a few coats of the repel and then use the cleaner and brush to touch up any spots. I have the 1.0 white ultra boost and the cream/white Yeezy 350’s and I wear them both everywhere and get shit all over them and just scrub them up the next day and they’re as good as new. You can get it or the Crepe on Amazon. Those are also going to be the most comfortable shoe you’ve ever worn.
Got a 65 inch Vizio this weekend. Going digital antenna for local channels and sling tv. But Vizio has no built in tuner. So I need a tuner/adapter to plug my antenna into. Which one do you recommend? TIA.
Huh, I thought this was bs but Vizio actually does make a "tv" without a tuner...wtf? https://www.vizio.com/p65e1.html?gc...UHCso-CokInZE_CtXCxhCc9faNiMOYExoCf5sQAvD_BwE
Literally have the exact same setup as you. I got the "Mediasonic homeworx HW180STB 3/4 Channel HDTV digital converter box with recording and media player (New Version)." Should be like 30 bucks. Going strong for two years. Terrible reviews but literally its only job is to work and it has.
A TV with no tuner makes more sense than a phone with no headphone jack, IMO. Don't @ me with definitions.
Do any of you stream from latop to tv and what do you use? I'm using roku screen mirroring. If you have anything less than 720 and mirror to 65 inch tv the resolution sucks. Even 720 isn't great once you have it on the screen. Any better products for wireless streaming from computer to tv? I used to do external harddrive but that required hard wiring to tv.
I have a Mac so my only streaming option is either Apple TV or Chromecast as far as I know. I rarely ever do it, but if I am trying to stream something outside of Chrome, Apple TV is normally the go-to. Otherwise I'd Chromecast it since I can just cast the tab.
