It’s a little underwhelming to me for LCD.

 

Not the worst but I was waiting for a second level. Some of what I liked on American Dream which is now 7 fucking years old, wow, was a willingness to let the sound grow, an uptick. This was more or less flat amount of complexity and then an annoying flute for a while.

No one mentioning the NEW PEACH PIT ALBUM that came out today is an institutional failure. But I forgive you all

I was/am a big The Neighbourhood fan, and have really been wanting some new music. Beach Weather’s new release Melt is doing a pretty great job scratching my itch.

 

These free king gizzard live streams on YouTube are badass.

This is a top 5 song of 2024. Shared it with a bunch of people from work/social circle and everyone loved it

 

Been fun watching them steadily get more popular over the past 3+ years. They grind and deserve it

 

the A. Savage album that came out in 2023 really really grew on me this year. Perfect desert driving music
