Wife tried something new this morning that she’s going to start doing. She mixed her protein powder, black coffee, and a little silk almond milk together to get her coffee/protein shake. She loved it.

Mine made some “milkshakes” the other night that were unsweetened almond milk with a scoop of PB2 and chocolate PB2 and they were pretty dang tasty. Believe they would be 6 net carbs total (4 WW points) and they were pretty big.
Checking ketones by the piss strips has shown it's not as accurate as blood testing. That's universally known. It still can be "accurate" it's just not as reliably accurate as blood. It's cheaper though. You get what you pay for.

So it seems like a lot of people like/use MFP for an app. I started using Carb manager as well to see the difference and actually like it better. Am I missing something? Just personal preference? I like carb manager’s interface better with macros always visible, among other things.
