Santa Ana? I got called in a few years ago but most of the time I call the number and never have to show up.
haven’t lived in OC for 15+ years, but can still hear that jovial voice this one hit me hard. LLWS legend
Pretty cool venue. Only 1600 capacity and pretty intimate. Would recommend checking it out if you have somebody you want to see.
Hey Fidelio dathalfnukkahd MODEVIL Corky Bucek Eathan Edwards my niece is a pretty good baker and is dealing with some financial difficulties. I’m not asking for a hand out. Anybody live in Marina Del Rey or been to the summer concerts at Burton Chance Park? Just saw that the Drive By Truckers are playing a free show there. Never been and was looking to see how it was.
that’s about 2 miles west of where I live. It’s a nice park on the marina. I used to run to there. I’ve never been to a concert there. There is a Trader Joe’s there and plaza with shops and restaurants.
I couldn’t remember if it was you or somebody else that was in Marina Del Rey. I was really hoping to get intel on the concert from you lol
that would entail me being around people and no thank you. I also learned it’s only 1.5 miles from me so my 4 mile loop is actually only 3 and not as impressive lol
I was in Corky Bucek nexk of the woods today. My youngest wanted to go the aquarium so we took her today. Way too expensive for a way too small place but it’s the memories that matter.
I haven’t been since I was a kid, but have heard they do have some cool exhibits like the otters. Main thing like you said is making memories with your daughter.
I was out staying by March AFB and working in Perris and didn’t feel anything Have never felt an earthquake in my life so kind of sad?
I think it also has to do with the Olympics coming in 4 years. It’s a huge problem and it won’t get fixed overnight.
It's a huge problem that won't get fixed. The only thing they can do is round up the homeless and put them somewhere else. They won't build an infrastructure big enough and vast enough that would actually get these people help and off the street.
This is less than a half mile from my house. We're traveling so weren't around to feel it. Two days ago a water main broke and there's a giant sink hole in the street in front of our place, guessing our road is completely fucked when we get back in a few days
I found the place I walked to after Turnpike last year called Ye Rustic Inn. That place was a solid place post concert and could be good for some drinks and bar food before. Also, it's like a 30 min walk and iirc prior to the show would mean it's uphill.
