I almost went 46. Decided to stick with 42 due to band compatibility. Also because the case I have on my SE2 is 46mm wide and I don’t quite like how big it is.

And for the record, having a case on it probably saved my watch back last year because I somehow shattered the hell out of the glass screen on it.

 

Who is upgrading tomorrow?

I typically upgrade every 2 years in order to max trade in. Going from 14 pro max to titanium white 16 pro max. $37/ month with trade and apple care. Same as my last 2 year payment.

Think I'm going to downsize from a 14 Pro Max (6.7" screen) to a 16 Pro (6.3" screen). Only hesitation is the decreased battery capacity, but I don't think I want an even bigger phone than I already have

 

I’ll upgrade like it do every year with the Apple plan. I’m not due till November though.

 

I didn’t pay attention to the announcement. Does the Pro Max have the better camera again? That’s the only reason I went for the 15 Pro Max. Would rather the normal Pro.

 

At this point I’ll probably stick with the small end of the Apple Watch due to band compatibility until I don’t have any other choice. I think I have like 12 bands so I’m kind of locked in.

Little bit late, but damn the OLED screen on the iPad Pro M4 is awesome. I had a few months old Gen 6 when the M4 version dropped, so I resisted at first, but I finally traded it in and even though it’s like I lit $400 on fire, I’m not even mad.

 

No, I think the only differences between Pro and Pro Max are size related, like battery, screen, etc. There may be a storage related difference but I think it’s only that the Max doesn’t come in a 128GB version and both top out at 1TB

The Pro and Pro Max have a better camera than the Plus, which may be what you’re thinking of.

 

For the iPhone 15, there was a camera quality/feature difference between the Pro and Pro Max. Glad to hear that’s not the case for the 16. Will need to look into it further regardless.

My iPad cannot update to iOS 18 and that kinda explains why I feel it’s been slow. This does not help my wandering eye to the iPad Pro.

Was the 15 better than 14? My 14 pro max battery doesn’t last a day
